Run a Panel Event Buffer Report
You can create a Panel Event Buffer report to view up to 45 days of the panel’s local event buffer. To create a Panel Event Buffer report, complete the following steps:
Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).
Select Customers, then select the System Name you want to create a report for.
Select System Reports, then select Panel Event Buffer.
Chose one of the following report types:
Standard: Request all events except door access
Door Access: Request only door access events
Both
Note: Choosing a report type is only available for XR Series and XT75 Control Panels.
Choose when you want the Start Date for the report to be. The default is set to 5 days before the report creation date.
Choose when you want the End Date for the report to be. The default is set to the current day.
Note: Choosing a Start Date and End Date is only available for XR Series, XF6 Series, and XT75 Control Panels.
Select Request Report. The report displays in Saved Reports.
Note: Up to 5 reports can be stored in Saved Reports. After 30 days, any Saved Reports expire and are automatically deleted.
Select Download Report to download the file to your device.
