Outputs

Dealer Admin helps you manage outputs on your customers’ systems. In this section, you’ll learn how to add, edit, and delete outputs.

Add an Output

To add an output to a system, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

  2. Go to Customers and select the System Name.

  3. In left menu, go to Programming > Output Information.

  1. Select + Add Output.

  2. Enter the Output Number, Output Name, Serial Number, and Supervision Time.

  3. If needed, toggle Trip with Panel Bell ON to force the 1135 Wireless Siren to follow the system’s Bell Output.

  4. If needed, toggle Real-time Status ON to send real-time messages for the output.

  5. Select the more 2.png (More) icon, then select Send Output Information.

Add an Output to Virtual Keypad

Note: Before starting, you’ll need to record the Output Number and Output Name of each output that you want to add to Virtual Keypad.

  1. Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

  2. Go to Customers and select the System Name.

  3. In System Information, select Edit.

  4. Scroll down to Additional Features > Visible Outputs.

  5. In Tracked Outputs, select Add.

  6. Select the add 2.png (Add) icon.

  7. In the Output field, enter the Output Number.

  8. In the Output Name field, enter the name of the output as you want it displayed in Virtual Keypad.

  9. Select OK.

  10. Select Save at the top or bottom of the screen.

Edit an Output

To edit an output, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

  2. Go to Customers and select the System Name.

  3. In left menu, go to Programming > Output Information.

  4. Select an output.

  5. Edit the output information, such as the Output Number, Output Name, Serial Number, and Supervision Time.

  6. Select the more 2.png (More) icon, then select Send Output Information.

Delete an Output

To delete an output from a system, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

  2. Go to Customers and select the System Name.

  3. In left menu, go to Programming > Output Information.

  4. Find the output that you want to delete. Select the more 2.png (More) icon, then select Remove.

  5. A dialog pops up to confirm your decision. To delete the output, select OK.
