Search

Dealer Admin offers two ways to use search. The search field on the Customers page provides a quick and powerful way to find specific information. The search field in the left menu can help you find more general information by category. To search Dealer Admin from the menu, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com)

2. Select Search in the left menu.

3. In the Select a Category drop-down menu, choose one of the following searchable categories to narrow down your search:

   • Customers

   • App Users

   • Systems

   • Video Device MAC\Serial Numbers

   • Video Doorbell

   • XV Series MAC address.

4. In the Search text box, enter the word or phrase you want to search for. Search terms should be at least three characters long.

5. Press Enter or select Search.
