Dealer Admin helps you manage your customers’ systems with reporting. In this section, you’ll learn how to run and export the following reports:

A User by System Report lists the system’s user codes and their associated authority levels.

An Events by Date Range Report lists system events by type and a date/time range.
-
A Panel Event Buffer Report lists up to 45 days of the panel’s local event buffer.

On XR150/XR550 systems, a Profiles Report lists all the profiles associated with a system.

Run a User by System Report
To run a User by System Report, complete the following steps:

Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

Go to Customers and select the System Name.

In the left menu, go to System Reports.
-
Select User by System Report.
-
To run the report on specific profiles, in User by System Report, search for and select profiles from the results.

To generate and open the report, select Create Report.
Use Search to find a specific user if necessary. Use the Previous, Next, and number buttons to view other pages. If you want to save your report, refer to Export a Report.
Run an Events by Date Report
To run an Events by Date Range Report, complete the following steps:

Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

Go to Customers and select the System Name.

In the left menu, go to System Reports.

Select Events by Date Range Report.
-
To run the report for specific panel events, in Select Event, enter an event type or leave the box blank to select all events.

If needed, enter a Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time to restrict the report to a specific timeframe.

To generate and open the report, select Create Report.
Use Search to find a specific user if necessary. Use the Previous, Next, and number buttons to view other pages. If you want to save your report, refer to Export a Report.
Run a Panel Event Puffer Report
To create a Panel Event Buffer report, complete the following steps:

Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

Select Customers, then select the System Name you want to create a report for.

Select System Reports, then select Panel Event Buffer.

Chose one of the following report types:

Standard: Request all events except door access
-
Door Access: Request only door access events
-
Both

Note: Choosing a report type is only available for XR150/XR550 and XT75 Control Panels.

Choose when you want the Start Date for the report to be. The default is set to 5 days before the report creation date.

Choose when you want the End Date for the report to be. The default is set to the current day.
Note: Choosing a Start Date and End Date is only available for XR150/XR550, XF6 Series, and XT75 Control Panels.

Select Request Report. The report displays in Saved Reports.
Note: Up to 5 reports can be stored in Saved Reports. After 30 days, any Saved Reports expire and are automatically deleted.

Select Download Report to download the file to your device.
Run a Profiles Report (XR150/XR550)
Note: A Profiles Report can only be run for XR150/XR550 systems.
To run a Profiles Report, complete the following steps:

Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

Go to Customers and select the System Name.

In the left menu, go to System Reports.

Select Profiles Report.
-
To run the report on specific access areas, in Select Access Area, search for and select areas from the results.

To generate and open the report, select Create Report.
Use Search to find a specific profile if necessary. Use the Previous, Next, and number buttons to view other pages. If you want to save your report, refer to Export a Report.
Export a Report
To export a report, complete the following steps:

Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

Go to Customers and select the System Name.

In the left menu, go to System Reports.

Create a report.
-
After creating a report, select Export.
-
Before downloading the report, you can choose to save it as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.

A dialog box displays to ask where you want to save the file. Choose a location, then select Save.
