Tags
The Tags feature allows you to restrict access for personnel and organize customers and systems.
Create a Tag
To create a tag for customers or systems, complete the following steps:
Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).
Go to Settings > Tags.
At the top of the page, select the
(Add) icon.Create a Name and Description for the tag.
Add the tag to systems or customers.

Limit Tag Access
To limit personnel to only see systems with specific tags, complete the following steps:
Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).
Go to Personnel > Custom Roles.
In Custom Role List, select an existing role or select the
(Add) icon to create a new custom role.In Limit Access, select the Tags dropdown menu and choose a tag to apply to the custom role.
At the top of the page, select Save.

Search Customers by Tag Name
Once you have created a tag, you can search customers using the tag name applied to them. To search customers using a tag name, complete the following steps:
Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).
In the menu, go to Customers.
Enter the tag name in the search bar.
