System Analytics

This page allows you to see system information, how many times you have retried connection for your programmed communication type, and AC and Battery Voltage for your system.

To view the most updated analytics, select Get Real-Time Analytics. A pop-up displays with the Real-Time Customers Analytics Information, including Cellular Retries, AC Voltage, and Battery Voltage for the system.

You can also view the following system information:

  • System Name

  • Type

  • Software Version

  • Last App Connection

  • Connection Type
