You can enable a monthly plan to use features within Dealer Admin, including the ability to remotely arm and disarm, manage schedules and users, add and manage video devices, and more.
To enable a monthly plan and access system features on Dealer Admin, complete the steps below:

Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).

Go to Customers and select the System Name you want to enable system features for.

At the top of the screen, select Edit.

Scroll down to Virtual Keypad (App & Website) and select one of the following plans: Arming, Standard, or Virtual Keypad Access. Refer to the table below for more information about the features included in each plan:

Additional Features (Standard or Virtual Keypad Access Plan Only)
After selecting the Standard or Virtual Keypad Access Plan, you can also enable additional features, including Virtual Keypad access and video services.
Select the checkbox next to the additional services you want to enable. The total monthly cost displays at the bottom of the screen. Select Save to confirm your monthly add-ons.
